Bently Reserve newly leased
Bently Holdings is placing its first tenants in the Bently Reserve. We took our time and discretion finding perfect fits for our building. Bently Holdings is proud to host businesses that are not only forward thinking but have an air of sophistication able to respect and appreciate the beautiful history of the Bently Reserve. All our tenants will all be building LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified improvements to their floors. Bently Holdings is very proud to announce world renowned architectural and engineering firm, the Smith Group who will occupy the 6th & 7th floors. We are thrilled to host one of San Francisco’s most respected and successful investment management firms, Wentworth, Hauser & Violich who will make their home on the 4th floor. Finally, the esteemed Bar Association of San Francisco who will reside on the 3rd floor. Completion of construction should be in the summer of 2007. Bently Holdings is very proud to host these businesses, please join us in welcoming them to their new home.
