Infinite Fitness at the Bently Reserve

April 3rd, 2009 By: Doug Hahn

A private gym located in the heart of the financial district, Lark Miller’s Infinite Fitness is a high-tech facility in one of San Francisco’s most esteemed buildings, the Bently Reserve. Infinite Fitness offers a level of personal training on par with professional athletes, as well as a safe and supportive environment that will help you achieve your goals.

This private gym features a climate controlled environment, purified drinking water, towel service, and full facility men’s and women’s showers and locker rooms. Best of all, our gym is located in one of city’s most sustainable buildings – your workout will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, and leave the smallest of footprints on the earth.

We also offer intensive 60-minute group sessions in Nob Hill’s scenic Huntington Park, and in the beautiful Banking Hall of the Bently Reserve. These small sessions combine cardiovascular endurance, core, strength exercises, dynamic flexibility and balance.

Our founder, Lark Miller, has competed at the semi-professional level in XC skiing, road cycling, and mountain biking. His passion for fitness and teaching extends back to his early days cycling, skiing, playing tennis and running in the countryside of Western Massachusetts. His certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist allows him to train you like a professional athlete.
